Event Registration
Registration includes official runner shirt and commemorative finisher medal for all participants who are registered. All proceeds benefit Arizona families battling childhood cancer through the work of Children’s Cancer Network!
Although the Cancer Hero Walk is free, registration is recommended so there are enough hero capes for our cancer heroes. For additional questions regarding registering for the 5K, 10K or Cancer Hero Walk, email Ben.gokee@childrenscancernetwork.org.
The Cancer Hero Walk will involve an engaging walk around the small lake at Mesa Riverview where the cheers of those lining the walkway can be heard loud and clear. We encourage all participants, volunteers, and vendors to unite, make some noise, and support all cancer heroes and their families through this meaningful and fun activity.
Teams & Group Registration
If you plan to form a team of family, friends or co-workers, follow these steps when you register:
-During the registration process, you will be brought to a “Donation Goal” page
-Scroll down and click on “Become a Fundraiser”, then you may choose to Create a Team or Join a Team.
-You will then receive a personal fundraising link to share with your community!

Corporate Wellness Groups
- Welcome to the Run to Fight Children’s Cancer Corporate Wellness Opportunity for those companies who choose to encourage a healthy lifestyle while having fun! Companies that can commit to gathering at least 20 participants receive special perks, including
- 20% registration discount code for employees
- Designated group meeting location on Group photo opportunity at the event race day
- Ability to include an item in our runner bags
- Option to designate funds raised as a sponsorship to a specific CCN program such as a Camp Day, Parent Date Night, or towards the CCN Food Pantry
- Post event team celebration at the Children’s Cancer Network’s Let’s Move Center on a mutually agreed upon date where your race day group photo will be presented
